Believe in yourself. Know that the ideal life that you desire is possible or else you wouldn't have entertained the thought. Your desire is power manifested.
Watch your thoughts. Keep your thoughts focused on what you want at ALL times and off of what you don't. This isn't selfishness, it's making a deliberate conscious decision to define your own path and create the life in which you desire. Fill your mind with positive, constructive and life-enhancing thoughts so that there's no room left for anything else. Keep ALL negative, destructive or dis-empowering messages where they belong; with the people and platforms that spread them.
Stay attuned to how you feel at all times. Pay special attention to your physical well-being. When we do not feel our best physically, it becomes more challenging to be our best emotionally and spiritually.
Understand and be conscious of your emotional state at all times. Recognize when you are feeling out of alignment with your core values and beliefs and replace your emotional state with the one you prefer. You have the power to do this at any time under any circumstance if you choose to.
Exercise patience, with yourself and with others. Go easy with yourself and enjoy the process AS you reach your goals and live the life that you want.
Exercise deep, profound gratitude for everything that you currently have. We can get off-track if we allow ourselves to feel separated from our good.
Form new habit patterns. Choose a habit that you would like to ADD to your life and decide to implement it immediately. The habit of exercising gratitude is a great one to add if you haven't already.
Maximize your time by taking EFFICIENT action each day. It's not the number of things we do each day that get us what we want, it's the efficiency of the tasks we do.
Maintain a creative mindset. When we compete with others, we focus on taking others down instead of lifting each other up.
Stay balanced. Many times when we feel out of balance, it's usually only one area of our lives that we are neglecting. Recognize the area that requires more attention and make it a priority to focus on that area. Remember, the best way to help others is to be the best that we can be. Make sure that you do something for yourself and your well-being every day.
Reaching our goals and living our ideal life is a process that never ends. Enjoy yourself AS you grow, expand and gain wisdom. Enjoy and embrace life NOW, as you live.
