How did I feel today? (Physically, emotionally, and spiritually)
How was my thinking today? (Positive or Negative)
Did I practice the Golden Rule? (Treat others as you wish to be treated)
Did I do something good for myself today; something that brings me joy?
Did I stay aligned with my values and beliefs?
Taking the time for self-reflection at the end of each day is a great way to evaluate your progress with reaching your goals and living in balance.
This is a practical exercise to be done each day, prior to going to sleep. I promise that if you implement this practice for 30 days, you'll see dramatic changes in your life.
I have found that a great way to start a new habit and stick to it is to keep a tracking system for its completion.
For example, I place an X on my calendar for every day that I go to the gym. It serves as a continual, visual reminder of my progress and discipline.
