Ask the Coach by Francis Bills

Q. Is coaching a pyramid scheme?

A. Send me your credit card info, pay the enrollment fee, recruit three of your friends to do the same and then I’ll give you the answer to that question.

Seriously though, no, coaching is NOT a pyramid scheme.

The money a coach receives is for the value of the service they provide. The coach succeeds only by helping you to solve your particular problem.

On average, people receive at least a 3-5% return on their investment (ROI) when working with a coach.

Q. What area does Premier Consulting specialize in?

A. Premier Consulting specializes in habit change, mindset change, confidence and self-esteem coaching, financial coaching and budgeting, as well as health, fitness and overall well-being coaching.

In addition, Premier Consulting provides consulting services specifically designed for existing small businesses and small business start-ups.

We also consult with companies, corporations, government and other business entities to identify, solve and to stimulate creative solutions to their most pressing challenges.

Q. What qualifies you as a coach or consultant?

A. Through extensive self-study, life experiences, education and by experiencing excellent results in my own life as well as positively impacting the lives of others, I have complete confidence in my ability as a coach and consultant.

Your experience with my services and the results you receive will prove the validity of my expertise.

Q. Who would benefit the most from your coaching and consulting?

A. If I had to choose one area, people looking to change or remove destructive habits would benefit the most from my coaching.

A very close second would be people looking to change their mindsets or subconscious/underlying destructive and negative beliefs.

Q. Do you provide specific advice?

A. Only if asked or if someone allows me to.

This occurs more often in consulting but sometimes people like to be provided with specific ideas to stimulate their thoughts while being coached.

Coaches and consultants are very good at asking questions but we also have a wealth of practical tips, suggestions, and methods for specific challenges that we’ve personally studied, applied and experienced.

If we feel that we can add value to a specific challenge in any way, we will ask for your permission to provide it. We make it clear that it is something that has worked for us and doesn’t necessarily ensure that it will work in your particular situation.

Q. What is the coaching process for Premier Consulting?

A. There is not enough space here for a comprehensive answer but the process begins with a conversation to determine if we’re a good fit to work together.

If we’re a good fit, we’ll go over what’s expected of each other and outline what the specific goal or outcome is and how we are to measure it, including when it is expected to be achieved.

This information will be described in our written agreement, as well as the length of the relationship and specific details such as times, dates and locations of our meetings.

Once this is completed, we’ll get started right away with the coaching process which can be described more in detail upon speaking with each other.

Q. What results should I expect by working with Premier Consulting?

A. The results will be determined on the effort, commitment and discipline of the client.

The willingness to adapt, to learn and the willingness to do the agreed upon practical exercises and take action will determine the extent of your results.

As a coach, I am dedicated to giving you 100% of what I have to offer.

The best results come when both parties are locked-in to a successful outcome.

If you have any additional questions or would like any clarification on the coaching process or what it consists of, feel free to schedule a consultation or leave me a message at PremierConsulting.biz.

Thank you,

Francis Bills
