Creating Habit Patterns by Francis Bills

Every minute, every moment we are molding our own futures. The habitual patterns in which we engage in each day; the thought patterns, emotional patterns and our behavioral patterns (our actions) are cumulative.

This process never stops. We are in a perpetual state of manifesting and bringing forth that in which we focus on, feelingly, with attention, interest, purpose and belief.

Knowing that our habit patterns today will have a profound effect on our future, it would be wise to take conscious control of our own thoughts, feelings and behaviors now and to stay persistent in demonstrating our values and beliefs.

It’s not only the major tasks and decisions that count. It’s also the subtle, everyday tasks and decisions that have an immense impact on the overall attainment of our goals.

For example, if you put off doing the dishes, folding the laundry or making your bed, you are training yourself to be a procrastinator. If, on the other hand, you move immediately on the simple tasks, the tasks that seem to be unimportant, you’ll be training yourself to be a person of action.

This is how habit patterns are formed. By recognizing, becoming aware of our thoughts, feelings and actions and consciously changing them to align with the person we see ourselves as being.

With constant, spaced repetition, this new habit pattern will be impressed upon your subconscious and you’ll quickly be a person who goes from thinking to doing; from thought to action.

I hope this article inspires you to create new, constructive habit patterns that help you achieve your goals and live your ideal.

*Note:

My coaching and consulting is an integrative approach, therefore, what I do is demonstrate to you how I coach and increase my business AS I’m doing it. Please feel free to use any ideas that you find useful or valuable.

My hope is that you will be inspired and empowered by the messages, find value in what I am offering and most importantly take action on the ideas that are in alignment with your values and beliefs.

One habit pattern that I’ve formed and which I intend on continuing to implement is to create valuable, easily implementable content for the reader. It is my intention to increase my service and to support and empower others in any way that I can.
