Exercising Patience While Achieving Goals by Francis Bills

Setting and achieving goals is an excellent way to gain clarity, focus and direction.

But we must be sure to remain patient in the process.

We can’t allow ourselves to feel guilty or become discouraged about the rate or perceived rate of our progress.

Although it may not seem like it, the small incremental changes that we’re making each day are continually producing results.

Continue to remain focused, committed and persistent.

Keep giving it your best and be sure to take the time to acknowledge your progress as you go and to celebrate your wins, however slight.

Goals take time, especially if we’re working on changing mindsets that we’ve carried with us and formed over many years.

Goal setting is intended to be a pleasurable, motivating and exciting experience, but if you find that you’re becoming impatient, return back to the essence of why you’ve set out to achieve the goal in the first place.

Return back to your vision.

Does this vision consist of you being stressed, worried, and impatient?

Or does this vision consist of you being calm, relaxed and patient?

Many times if we don’t try too hard to force things, remain relaxed, and we remain receptive to opportunities, we can achieve greater results.

Remember this if you feel yourself becoming impatient with reaching your goals.

Keep with it, keep enduring and continue to remain persistent and I promise you that you’ll achieve anything in which you set out to accomplish.

Sincerely,

Francis Bills
