What is it that differentiates these companies, services and people from all others?
A. They listen.
They listen to connect, relate and understand the people they serve.
They ask questions and listen intently to discover solutions to people’s problems or challenges. They also help to implement those solutions.
They make every effort to continually improve upon what they do to provide quality service and a positive, memorable experience with them.
They follow through on their promises and if for some reason they don’t, they ensure that they communicate the reason and do their best to make it up to you.
They remain focused on getting you what you want and giving you what you need to help you solve your problem or overcome your challenge.
With that said, the best way for me to provide impeccable service for you and for you to provide impeccable service to others is by:
1. Listening to and creating genuine connections with people.
2. Asking good questions and paying attention to the answers provided.
3. Seeking to uncover and provide solutions.
4. Helping people implement these solutions.
Connecting with people online can be a challenge, but hopefully through my writing, videos and genuine desire to help you overcome your challenges, we have already connected on some level.
