What does transmuting my energy mean?
Transmuting is another word for transforming or converting something.
When we transmute our energy, we are re-directing it and channeling it toward what we want to do and accomplish.
For example, I am currently channeling my emotional and physical energy into writing this article. And you are transmuting your energy into reading it.
We all have the ability to transmute our physical, emotional and spiritual energy whenever we want. Actually, we are doing it at all times either consciously or unconsciously, destructively or constructively.
Q. So why should I care about the transmutation of energy and how can I benefit from this?
A. There are many benefits to having the conscious awareness to transmute your energy.
One of the biggest benefits of energy transmutation is in the ability it gives us to focus single-mindedly at reaching a particular objective or goal.
Just as a magnifying glass intensifies the heat of the sun, you can transmute your energy to intensify your desire and attention to reaching your objectives.
When you intensify your energy toward what you want, you radiate this energy from you. This energy, if positive and constructive, attracts to you the people, conditions and circumstances you want for carrying out your desire.
This energy that radiates from you, and when you remain consciously aware of it, also repels that in which isn’t in harmony with your good nature.
Like attracts like.
Many of my previous writings have discussed the importance of how we feel physically and emotionally. Remaining aware of our energy levels keeps us from large variances in our physical and emotional well-being and by transmuting this energy, we are assisted considerably in the reaching of our goals.
Q. So how do I learn to transmute my energy constructively?
A. By first becoming aware of what you are putting your energy towards.
If you are consuming or being exposed to large amounts of negative information, images or suggestions from any source, your energy levels may suffer.
Large amounts of distractions throughout our day, from any source, could also affect our energy levels.
Keep your energy high by keeping your thoughts, feelings and actions on what’s good, healthy and constructive. Only you can determine what’s in your best interests and what you consider to be good, healthy and constructive.
Secondly, but just as important, keep track of what you are eating and drinking. Also, be sure to get enough physical exercise, rest and hydration to keep your energy levels at their peak.
Our ability to effectively transmute our energy is largely dependent upon how we feel physically.
Lastly, be cognizant of your inner dialogue and thoughts.
Avoid blaming others or outside circumstances for anything, don’t complain and don’t make excuses. Doing so will reduce your positive energy and give your power away.
Thoughts of worry, fear or discouragement can sap your energy so be sure to keep your thoughts positive (51%), constructive and strong. A great way to do this is to practice the habit of gratitude. You cannot be worried when you are focused on what you have and are appreciative of.
As always, I want to emphasize that taking action and implementing ideas is what makes the difference in obtaining results.
Therefore, practice transmuting your energy toward constructive purposes at any and every chance you get throughout the day.
You’ll be amazed at the results you’ll experience when you keep your energy levels raised and you transmute and direct this energy toward the achievement of your goals.
Thank you,
Francis Bills
