The goal of my coaching isn’t to keep you in a perpetual state of want. My coaching also isn’t meant to convince you to strive for that in which you don’t want or necessarily need.
When I say that you can be, do or have anything in which you truly want, it means just that, something in which YOU truly want. Not what I want, not what your friends want, not what your parents, siblings or your spouse wants, what YOU want.
My goal, as an effective coach, is to also assist you in raising your awareness. Raising your awareness to the point where you understand that you already possess that in which you are capable of allowing yourself to accept at any time you choose.
Nothing is outside of your consciousness. It all comes from within.
Whenever we feel or are mistakenly led to feel in a state of want, we separate ourselves from the source of our good. We forget that what we thought to be missing or lacking is really within us at all times, and it is ready and willing to be provided as soon as we accept it in our consciousness.
Life is a state of consciousness. Our ability and willingness to accept and appropriate our good is up to us.
So how do you raise your awareness to accept, understand and experience this? You embody a “having” mindset as opposed to a mindset of want, lack and of getting.
Embodiment of the “having” mindset ensures that you don’t lose sight of what’s important, the present.
The “having” mindset, as with all mindsets, aren’t meant to be temporary. You don’t accept this mindset for a week, a month or a year. You also don’t just accept this mindset only when things are going smooth. You accept this mindset as a permanent state of being.
If you are somehow convinced that your good and well-being is dependent upon a future time, a particular person, a sum of money, a certain way of thinking, your affiliation or membership in a particular club, group or organization, or that your good is dependent upon a particular future outcome, you could be misled to delay, limit or postpone your good.
When you are convinced 100% that your good comes from within and is not dependent upon a future time, a particular person or group, or a future outcome, you are 100% free to accept your good NOW, AS you live your life.
No strings attached, no qualifying your good, no delays. Your good is NOW and always present as you are willing to accept it in your consciousness.
So how do you embody this “having” mindset? GRATITUDE.
You exercise deep, profound gratitude for everything you HAVE in life.
When we don’t appreciate all that we have now, we start looking outside of ourselves for something or someone to complete us or make us whole.
Remember, there is nothing keeping you separate from your good. It is within you.
