Our ability to reach our goals depends largely upon our ability to stay focused.
To keep our minds clear of corrupt and dis-empowering thoughts even while in the midst of the crowd, the noise and outer confusion of life.
We all have the ability to choose to stay calm, relaxed and at peace with ourselves.
Each one of us has the choice and ability to think what we want to think even when conditions or appearances may indicate otherwise.
The key is to keep our inner thoughts and speech focused on the good, the positive, and the constructive side of life.
Focus on the things you want and make a decision to leave out the garbage, the false limiting beliefs and the mental vomit.
We can only think one thought at a time. We cannot be thinking and focusing on what we want and what we don’t want at the same time.
Let’s remain focused on what we want.
And if you don’t know what you want, practice focusing on what you prefer.
We can’t expect to receive the good if we’re allowing thoughts of an opposite nature.
We want to ensure that we’re not allowing outer suggestions to control or limit our thinking.
If we allow distractions into our lives, our demonstrations and ability to reach our goals will become dissipated.
When we’re 100% committed to reaching our goals, we won’t allow anything to hinder our progress. We won’t allow any unwanted thoughts to stick around that contradict our beliefs.
We hold ourselves to the standard that we want to see manifest in our lives.
Take a brief moment and think about if every thought that we had was returned back to us.
Imagine that whatever you thought about was brought forth and manifested into your life.
What would you begin to think about?
What would you stop thinking about?
What would you begin to think more of?
Since we can only control the thoughts in which we think and not what others think, let’s be sure that they are only the thoughts in which we want.
When I talk about controlling our thoughts, I’m not speaking of forcing or strain. I’m speaking about allowing the good, constructive thoughts to fill our minds easily and effortlessly.
The power of focus is real and it’s a very practical, implementable action in which you can take at any time you choose and use it in achieving anything in which you truly want.
To your continual growth and success,
Francis Bills
