Thinking of Your Customer by Francis Bills

Q. What do the customers of my services and products want?

A. The customers of my coaching services want what we all want, which is INCREASE.

Increased health, increased wealth, better relationships, increased confidence, increased knowledge, increased energy and well-being, increase in life and living.

Q. How does coaching help the customer attain this increase and what are the benefits received from coaching?

A. A good coach helps the client clarify exactly what they want. This, in turn, increases the clients’ time to focus and implement what they want and reduces the habit of “drifting”.

A good coach helps the client to integrate the practical exercises, methods and ideas into the clients’ life AS they do what they do.

In other words, you don’t have to take time out of your day for coaching to be effective. You insert the exercises into your daily activities.

This integrative approach saves time and effort for both the coach and the client and takes the pressure off of the client who may think that coaching would add more work to their lives.

With this integrative approach to coaching, you’ll find that it’s actually the opposite. More time will be focused and set aside for doing the things that you love and enjoy and less time will be spent on inefficient tasks.

A good coach helps the client to increase their confidence, self-esteem and self-worth which empowers the client to take action and reach their goals quicker.

A good coach provides unconditional and non-judgmental support. This support keeps the client motivated, inspired and enthusiastic about reaching their goals.

A good coach helps you to stay focused and committed to your health, wealth and overall well-being. A good coach is there to support you and to keep you accountable.

A good coach helps you to increase your energy and keep it raised so that you can be at your best at all times.

A good coach is honest with the client and emphasizes that coaching is a transformative process that continues well beyond the conclusion of the coaching relationship.

So now that I’ve explained some of the benefits of coaching, think about something that you’ve been wanting to accomplish, achieve or start doing.

Have you been putting it off or waiting for the perfect time? Is what you want taking longer than you’d like? Would you be willing to consider and accept an outside perspective to help you overcome your challenge?

If I could help you achieve that goal, obtain that item or overcome that barrier in a reasonable time frame, for a reasonable cost, would you consider working with me?

If yes, send me a message and we’ll work together to get you measurable results.

Sincerely,

Francis Bills
