Many of us are under the impression that life happens TO us. We react to external conditions, circumstances and appearances. We have allowed our thoughts, habit patterns and beliefs to be influenced and dictated to us from outside of ourselves. We have been conditioned to believe that we do not have the power to direct and create our own lives.
My goal is to reach as many people as humanly possible to show them that they are the creators of their own lives. That they have the ability, power and strength to change their negative thought patterns, limited beliefs, old (false) conditioning and therefore, their lives.
I want to inspire, encourage and empower every person to reach their full potential. I want people to live their lives according to their true, inner-nature, according to their beliefs and ideals.
By changing our thoughts, through practice and repetition, we can change our perceptions of ourselves and therefore our view of the world around us. Just as an athlete trains their body through vigorous, repeated strength training, we have the ability to train our minds to think primarily of positive, empowering, life-giving thoughts.
We can also learn how to be in tune with how we feel; physically, emotionally and spiritually. I want you to accept this truth as soon as possible so that you can begin right now to start living your life with intention, purpose and joy. The sooner that you accept the truth of this message, the sooner you will start seeing RESULTS in your life.
My goal is to provide the simplest, quickest method for you to start seeing major changes in your daily life, starting right now.
I believe that the best way for me to do this is to have you complete a simple exercise:
For 1 day (ideally more) but we'll start with 1 day for now. For 1 day, look for what's good in the world. Think about yourself and what's good about you. Focus on the positive aspects of EVERYTHING. Even when things aren't going so great, do your best to see what's good about it. Even if it's the fact that you're still breathing. There is always SOMETHING to feel good about.
Focus on what's good about others as well. Send out these positive thoughts and see what RESULTS you get. See how others respond to you. It's not until you experience the truth of what I'm writing that you'll begin to believe me.
One last request for this exercise. This is of the utmost importance, not just for this exercise but for the rest of your life.
Stay focused on how you FEEL. If you are tired, bloated, thirsty, have low blood sugar, are achy, cold or uncomfortable in any way, identify the cause and try to mitigate it as soon as possible.
The way we FEEL has an enormous effect on our moods, our thoughts and, in turn, our behaviors. If we don't feel good, it becomes difficult to spread good feelings toward others.
Try this "exercise" out and see what happens. I assure you that if you stay committed to looking for the good in all that you think, feel and do, the world will reflect back the same.
